Always. Professional. Insightful care givers. So value the ongoing medical attention received there and very grateful to have a such a service with amazingly dedicated and sincere humans. While at Calligem I'd noticed that all people do receive quality service, from reception onwards. Even when I've been terrible at keeping up with myself at times, and providing documents and relaying information on time at times. I love to see that humans are dedicated to health and the quality of life of others. These people are on that level and they do that everyday! I wish everyone was like this, then the world will win! Oh wow a Faulkner. I was trained to care by one.

Our local family doctor. Excellent and caring service with every visit, and a medical team that genuinely cares about you. Dr Moreland always makes time to listen to concerns and is very easy to talk to. The reception and nursing team are lovely too! Highly recommended.

I moved from Gosford to Bateau Bay almost a year ago, but have continued to maintain Dr Moreland as my GP. She is very professional and I always feel comfortable talking with her. The reception staff and nurses are also very helpful and professional... overall a great service, thank you.🙂 …

After many years with the same female GP in Sydney I was really struggling with the thought of accessing someone new closer to my place of work. I randomly booked an appointment with Dr Lewis Donovan at this practice more for the convenience, however, his approach to my care has been so wonderful that I transferred my care to him. As a female, I have always felt as though I would be more comfortable with a female GP but I was very wrong. Not only do I fully trust Lewis with all of my needs but I can genuinely tell that he cares about my health and wellbeing. I want him to know that he is changing my life for the better one day at a time and I always feel heard and valued in the decisions that are made about my treatment. I would recommend anyone to Lewis and am so thankful that there are still doctors out there who don’t make you feel rushed and value your time as much as we as consumers do theirs. Thanks Lewis! Also, thanks to the wonderful admin staff who always go above and beyond to assist me and support me too.

This practice is one of the best I have ever visited. The clerical staff are extremely friendly and good at their job. Further, the GPs I have received clinical care from have been exceptional.

Staff are always lovely, even if they are busy they acknowledge you and state we won’t be a moment. Their reception desk is always spotless and the little waiting room is always clean and tidy. Dr Lavender is always so helpful and his office is always clean tiny and courteous to what we required.

Great practice, staff are really welcoming and the Doctors are lovely. Dr Donovan is amazing and very thorough, he listens to what you have to say and you know he is listening. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this surgery.
